Prof. BP Singh, Department of Physics at Aligarh Muslim University, delivered a talk on "Heavy Ion Fusion Cross-sections: Understanding Fusion Hindrance from Astrophysical S-Factor" at the “Meghnad Saha Memorial International Conference on Frontiers of Physics", organized by the Department of Physics, University of Allahabad at Prayagraj, in association with the National Academy of Sciences, India.

The Aligarh Muslim University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Directorate of Census Operation, Uttar Pradesh to establish a “Census Data Research Workstation”, to be housed in the Maulana Azad Library of the university.
