Prof Mohammad Mobin, Department of Applied Chemistry, Faculty of Engineering and Technology at Aligarh Muslim University was conferred with the prestigious “Meritorious Award” by the National Corrosion Council of India in recognition of his research contributions and commendable performance in the field of Corrosion Science and Engineering.

Akash Soni, Manager Incharge of the Industries Development Bank of India, delivered a lecture on the ‘Role of microfinance and SIDBI in Entrepreneurial Development’ at a SURE Programme, organized by the Department of Commerce at Aligarh Muslim University, in collaboration with the SIDBI and the Bauer College of Business, University of Houston, USA.

Dr. Madhav Chowdhry, Resident in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at JN Medical College of Aligarh Muslim University, secured 1st position in the North Zone Level of the National Torrent Young Scholar competition held on Dec.2. He will now compete in the final national level round which will be held in January next year.
