रिवर कनेक्ट कैंपेन के तत्वावधान में यमुना आरती स्थल पर विश्व नदी दिवस मनाया गया। आयोजन के दौरान यमुना में पूरे साल नियमित न्यूनतम प्रवाह की मांग की गई। साथ ही, हरियाणा व दिल्ली से डाउनस्ट्रीम शहरों के लिए उनके हिस्से का पानी छोड़ने के लिए भी कहा गया।
