Experts provided the students with new skills and knowledge on how marketing on social media can bring remarkable success to businesses and create devoted brand advocates in the online workshop on ‘The Business of Social Media Marketing’ of the Department of Business Administration, Aligarh Muslim University.

The Department of English at Aligarh Muslim University organized Deeksharambh, a student induction programme for the newly admitted students of MA (English) and MA (English Language Teaching). The students were given an overview of university life, the historical significance of the university, its founder and the department. They were also introduced to the curricular and co-curricular activities, coursework and the university culture.

“Language is something that we have invented and it is one of the greatest inventions because it exists even with its flaws,” said Prof. B Hariharan, President-Elect and presently Vice President, Shastri Indo Canadian Institute, New Delhi.
