The Indian Patent Office has patented an innovative work of Dr Anis Ahmad Ansari from the Mechanical Engineering Section of the University Polytechnic at Aligarh Muslim University.

Dr. Jai Prakash from the Department of Physics at Aligarh Muslim University delivered an invited talk on "Liquid Crystal Nanocomposite-based Memory Devices and Their Applications" at Nankai University of Tianjin in China.

The Department of West Asian and North African Studies at Aligarh Muslim University organized an extension lecture on "The Flow and Ebb of Third Wave Democracy - Focus on Southern Africa," by Dr. Nandini Patel, an Adjunct Professor at the Malawi School of Government and the Founder & Executive Director of the Institute for Policy Interaction in Malawi of Africa, who shared insights into the intricate dynamics of democracy in Southern Africa.

In a celebration of cultural heritage and scholarly achievements, the Maulana Azad Library of Aligarh Muslim University joined hands with the ‘Ali Society’ to organize an exhibition of rare manuscripts and books commemorating the ‘Ali Day'—the birth anniversary of Hazrat Ali ibn Abi Talib.

In a display of prowess at the 6th Khelo India Youth Games in Chennai, students from Aligarh Muslim University,  Zuhair Khan and  Sabeera Harris, etched their names in the annals of university shooting games history.
