Aligarh Muslim University students from Management, Science, Education, Agriculture and Commerce streams have been hired by reputed organisations in a recruitment drive of the Training and Placement Office.

Significant and innovative work coming out of the Zakir Husain College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University stimulated trans-disciplinary discussions with high profile industry managers in the ‘Industry-Institute Meet’ at the ZHCET providing the faculty members, researchers and students with a dynamic platform to nurture and enhancing relations with the industry.

Department of Physics, Aligarh Muslim University has organized a 3-day online conference on “Low Energy Nuclear Reaction Dynamics” on March 7-9. A large number of distinguished guests, invited speakers, academicians, young researchers and post-graduate students have joined the event's inaugural session.

The Legal Aid Cell, Dept of Law of Aligarh Muslim University, Malappuram Centre organised a National Webinar on “Juvenile Justice Act- Exploring the Unexplored”.

“Urdu newspapers used emotive language to inform people during the period from 1857-1947. However, nowadays, media is presenting fact-free information, that too in a mixed language, even though, people know what fact is, and what media is presenting”, said Prof Shafey Kidwai, Department of Mass Communication, Aligarh Muslim University.
