Instrumentation Facility launched in AMU



Aligarh: The newly established Instrumentation Facility of the Department of Botany in Aligarh Muslim University was launched by the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Tariq Mansoor.

The facility houses valuable instruments, routinely used for teaching and training research scholars and post-graduate students.

“The instruments in the facility have been acquired through DST-FIST and UGC-SAP-DRS funds and generous financial allocation by the Vice-Chancellor,” said Prof. Nafees Ahmad Khan, Chairman, Department of Botany.

After the inaugural, Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Mansoor with Prof. Wasim Ahmad and other faculty members also visited the renovated laboratory, office, museum, seminar library, conference room and lecture theatres.
