Aligarh: Dr. Pallav Vishnu, Department of Linguistics at Aligarh Muslim University, has been conferred with the prestigious 'Rashtriya Gaurav Award' at a Seminar on “Economic Growth and National Integration” recently held in New Delhi.
The award, given by an NGO, India International Friendship Society, was conferred upon him by Meira Kumar, Former Speaker, Lok Sabha, in recognition of his meritorious services, outstanding performance, and remarkable role in furthering the cause of national integration through language studies.
The IIFS is engaged in building up relations and integrity among people of India living anywhere in the world and it aims at creating a sense of national and International friendship and understanding among people.
